A very bright detached house, with exposed beams, new furnishings, and 60 square meters of private furnished garden. Covered and free parking space right in front of the garden entrance. Located 1.5 km from the city center, in a very quiet area and served with every comfort.
We will be delighted to welcome you personally (in Italian, English and French) and to provide you with all the information you need during your stay: tips on how to get around the city, which exhibitions to visit, where to taste the best ice cream in the area, where to order the famous fresh Bolognese pasta (tortellini, tortelloni, lasagna, tagliatelle etc.), where you can sip a good glass of wine and a platter of excellent cold cuts, in which places to spend the evening, and more. Furthermore, if you wish, we can provide you with interesting information on the historical and artistic heritage of Bologna. We love our city and we will be happy to have you as our guest. The house is located in a beautiful residential area that includes the famous Bolognese hills, with the famous sanctuary of San Luca that can also be reached on foot via a unique scenic route. Very close to the Dall'Ara Stadium and Palazzo Albergati, home to important exhibitions of contemporary art. Area rich in green areas, just 1.5 km from the historic city center. The area is served by numerous public transport lines that allow you to reach the center and the railway station in a few minutes. The airport is only 5 km away. Neighborhood with convenient and smooth roads and equipped with cycle paths. There are numerous walking routes for those wishing to reach the historic center or the numerous green and hilly areas that characterize the area. Nearby you will also find excellent food and wine specialties that have made the city of Bologna famous.
