An absolutely wonderful place! The house is set right in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by vineyards, fields, and complete tranquility. Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Upstairs you’ll find two double bedrooms separated by a kitchen – perfect for two couples who still want privacy. Downstairs there’s a family room, a spacious living and dining area, and direct access to a lovely terrace overlooking the stunning views – especially magical at sunset. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from Montepulciano, making it a great base for exploring the region. The pool was clean, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Elisabetta, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. At check-out, we even got a special treat – a private tour and tasting at the family’s winery Fanetti, with fantastic wines and excellent olive oil they produce themselves.

Villa is close to Montepulclano . Nice quiet outdoor area. Nice to have a washing machine.

Terrific location on the edge of the old city. It faces directly onto Val'd'Orcia.

Great location beautiful house.

The location, comfort, cleanliness and charm of this home was amazing. Photos do not do justice as much nicer and larger than appears. No outlook but a quick walk to town walls for wonderful countryside views and sunsets/rises. Lovely shops and cafes in surrounding streets. Very quiet despite proximity to activity. Main bed is large and comfortable, 2nd bed was double and very firm. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry new, well designed and generously stocked. Home is freshly decorated. Sofa in living room is large and comfortable for 3. Easy parking 2 streets below with good directions from managers regarding location. No need to communicate with managers during our stay as no issues or problems.

This place was amazing - the photos do not do it justice. Right in the centre of town, spacious and comfortable rooms. Kitchen has all you need and was stocked with breakfast items which was very appreciated. The small balcony was perfect to have a tea and watch the sunrise. Free parking is just out of the restricted area, about a 10min walk, with one steep uphill and then fairly flat to the apartment. Depending on the time of year you may be able to drive in early/late in the day to drop luggage before parking. Would highly recommend this place and would love to come back.

Great location，very charming interior. I saw there was complaint about the shower pressure，and I was a little worried. But there was no problems at all，the water pressure was really good！Parking was easy，the view outside the apartment was impeccable. And，Alberto was very nice，met us in person，gave great recommendations about the area. He was very responsive. We loved our stay！！

So beautiful! This was a wonderful option to be close to town but have a small piece of Tuscan countryside living .

It’s a freshly renovated apartment, very conveniently located near Montepulciano in a cute little town. Bus services are reliable if you don’t have a car. Owner went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Speaks English too.

Choosing Alberto's property for staying near Montepulciano was one of the best decisions I made planning our trip to Italy. And I had made a huge mistake, booking only two nights :)). Stunning views of the valley, olive grove, Montepulciano in walking distance, comfortable accommodations, cleanliness, warm welcoming by the host - we literally did not want to go anywhere.
