Better than average Italian breakfast. Terrace was pleasant.. Very quiet. We arrived very early, then left our bags while we went exploring until the room was ready.

The location is great, it is on the edge of the city so you get a beautiful view of the valley. Breakfast was great. Enrico the owner was so friendly and helpful, he really made my stay wonderful.

Always try to stay at BellaVista for a night when I’m in Assisi! Makes it easy to have a great cena and colazione before heading down to FCO

Beautiful & calm, an oasis. You are steps away, downhill, to the Basilica. There is also a church and big terrace for contemplation.

The hotel is really close to the bus stop and a short walk from the St Francis Shrine. The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was options were good too.

The location was exceptional. The restaurant, Il Frantoio, was absolutely fantastic. The free breakfast was better than what I expect for free breakfasts. I would consider staying here again. Very nice!!

The owners Mr Dino and Mrs Grazia were very kind, we got an upgrade. Room and bed are comfortable, and there was a balcony. Breakfast is very good, Mrs Grazia prepares delicious cakes and cappuccinos. We appreciated a lot!

The garden, the Chapel, the safety, the Statue of The Virgen Mary. And Family friendly they even have a cute playground for kids to play!!!! That you don't see any where.
