Property has a great location, staff was always available for services and in great attitude.

It was off the beaten path, serene. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace - spectacular views. The host, Beatrice, was fantastic and answered quickly when questions were asked. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was very spacious and cozy. Incredible view of the hills with olive trees and vineyards and Assisi in the distance. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff is very friendly. It is a short, easy drive to Assisi. We can't wait to go back.

Great location. Very quiet all day long. The whole property is immersed in green and flowers. Very enjoyable. Nearby (10min drive) there are a supermarket, breakfast bars and a pharmacy. Even a hot ballon experience.

Great location, very clean and comfortable.

My hosts were kind enough to pick me up at the train station on their way running errands. I was shown the neighborhood and the apartment. The town of Spello is a gem. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The view from my window was extraordinary! The restaurants the hosts recommended were perfect. There is great hiking nearby and the town is short train rides to Assisi and Perugia. I highly recommend staying here, and I will again in the future.

Excellent location in the heart of Assisi. Easy access for meet up and drop off of luggage. Parking solutions are a breeze using Mojano parking garage. We had a slight issue with heating that was addressed and fixed nearly immediately. Totally enjoyable experience and would highly recommend.

One of the finest places we have ever stayed at in Italy! The owner, Palo, greeted us upon arrival and went over everything we needed to know about the apartment…as well, he messaged me the best places to dine in and get take out . As well , he also provided directions to the local market for purchases like fresh fruit and veggies and meat. Palo is very proud of his heritage home…owned originally by his grandfather. The apartment is spacious…easily 1,000 sq ft. Each area is bright and immaculate. Having the private use of the penthouse patio ..and laundry area was such a bonus. Overall, the kitchen was well appointed, the beds and bedding were very comfortable and the wifi reception was excellent. Our stay in Assisi was made even more enjoyable because of this amazing host. “ Thank you Palo 🙏”

Place is lovely, great location , 3 min walking from Santuario della Spogliazione where is Saint Carlo Acutis , and it’s just in downtown. The apartment is very comfortable , very clean also and the host also was super kind helping us with some issues he didn’t had to help but he did . We were super happy on this lovely place .

Excellent location for drop off and departure. All essentials are offered. A plus is a tv in every room. The room comes with an unique private courtyard available for smokers or just to relax outdoors. Very easy self check in thanks to a professional staff that guides tou throughout the process. Very happy with our choice.

The location is perfect! Close to the main attractions and the street is not noisy. The size of the facility is very good! Clean and comfortable

The property was above and beyond ! I loved this apartment. If you want to be central but in a quiet neighborhood looking on to surrounding rooftops and listening to the sound of bells and birds singing this is the place. The bed is comfy and there is tons of well thought out spaces for storage also a lovely fireplace to enjoy your wine after exploring the lovely windy lanes and sites during the day. Laura welcomed me and showed me the property and was so accommodating. The place is bright with three huge windows and amazing views! Honestly I can’t say enough wonderful things about this apartment. You have everything you need for an amazing stay in Assisi!

It's in a very central location of Assissi.

It ia a lovely apartment , beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable king bed and a modern bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, with a gas 2-burner stove, and small refrigerator. The location is perfect near many restaurants, shops and the tourist information. But the real star is our host, Massimo. Very attentive and helpful and always, responding within minutes on WhatsApp. He knew we were nervous because of our early departure so he went out of his way to make sure we were at the right place in plenty of time.
