nice an quiet when I wanted and still could blast my jazz when I wanted

On a 1 to 10 scale this place was a 15!!! Beautiful villas set in the rural countryside with gardens and olive trees everywhere. The hosts were very helpful and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this place and we will be back!

The location is fantastic, and the instructions for getting in were incredibly helpful. I didn't experience any of the problems mentioned in other reviews (i.e. smell/noise/no wifi), which had been a worry to me. I would say don't worry too much about those negatives if you're reading them ahead of your trip, the apartment was totally satisfactory, very comfortable and in a lovely building right in the heart of the old town - no complaints from me.

The property is meticulous, from the cleanliness of the apartment to the accommodations. The pictures are exactly what you would expect. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen adequately stocked to allow for eating in from time to time. The apartment is cleaned every 4 or 5 days. We stayed for 2 weeks in the 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment for the second time in two years. The apartment is perfectly situated in the centro storico of Perugia, surrounded by shops, museums, restaurants and cafes. Train, bus and taxi are easily accessible by a short walk. The host is most accommodating and assists with questions or making arrangements (my Italian is very limited). It feels like coming home!

The apartment was great, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Staff was super friendly and upgraded me to larger apartment without me asking!

A wonderful place to stay close to all attractions and restaurants. It felt like you were living in a family home, full of love and laughter. Barbara and her sister were wonderful hosts. Barbara’s communication was excellent offering suggestions and places to visit as well as sharing the story of her family’s home.

Great hot tub , spacious and clean room, excellent location

Stefano, the host, is immensely kind and helpful. The apartment I had was spacious, impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and quiet. The grounds are lovely and peaceful. I stayed only one night, because I was catching an early flight from the nearby Perugia-Assisi airport. But it would have been a pleasure to stay longer. It would be a good “base” for exploring Perugia, Assisi, and many of the interesting nearby Umbrian hill towns. It’s a nice retreat after a day of travel to see nearby spots. Great value.

Fantastic location with stunning views - everything was lovely. The apartment is large, light, and very comfortable. It's in the middle of Perugia which is a student town so the Piazza is lively and loud. Susanna is delightful and helpful and made everything easy. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.

The apartment was gorgeous; the views were stunning. Look no further. The hosts were so responsive. Lorenzo did everything to assist us. Plus he was so sweet.

Amazing views and apt. Just a little difficult to figure out how to get in at first. Walk thru beautiful doors and open courtyard then tiny lift is sort of hidden. Once found all good

I don't think a visitor to the fascinating city of Perugia can do better as regards location. The apartment is a two minute walk from Piazza Novembre IV and Corso Vanucci , which is the main pedestrian street with many attractions. The minimentro is within easy walking distance as are many of the historic sites. The apartment is very spacious and excellently equipped--very comfortable, quiet, and safe. I cannot say enough about the kindness of my hostess and host Sabrina and Francesco. To tell the truth the reason I booked the place was to experience the Etruscan Wall at the rear of the apartment. I marveled at it every day.
