Refurbished in 2023 in an elegant building. Very central area. 6 minutes on foot or by escalator from the historic center. 10 minute walk or 5 minute bus from the station. A few steps to Arena Umbria Jazz ● Private parking space (5 meters) and electric car recharge ● Air Conditioning and Fan ● Washer and Dryer ● Ironing board and iron ● Sports Equipment (Steps and Dumbbells) ● Bluetooth speaker and Playstation ● Lonely Planet Guide ● Around the building: bank, tobacconist, grocery store and bar
I will personally carry out the check-ins, also providing directions on how to reach points of interest and suggestions for restaurants and other services. During your stay I am available on my cell phone for any eventuality.
