History. Discover with us the extraordinary history of Sardini family, from Scipione ascent at Valois French kings court (XVI century) to Giacomo and Ludovico building villa, farm and chapel (XVIII century). Each apartment is named after a name of Sardini family. Nowadays we are producing the best wine and olive oil of Lucca hills and we carrying out an ambitious project for social inclusion and rehabilitation for adults with mental disabilities. Wine and Olive Oil. Taste our DOC Colline Lucchesi red wine and Lucca DOP olive oil. Five generations’ passion and counsel of oenologist Lorenzo Landi enabled our winery to achieve excellent results. Our wines are elegant, fresh and they highly express Pieve’s magic “terroir”.
After 15 years in Paris I came back to Italy with my family in order to take over my grand father estate. We engaged ourselves in a big refurbishing project in full respect of architectural local history and in further enhancing the quality of our products.
Suggestions will be provided about best nature (sea, lake, river, mountains) excursions and most interesting sightseeing far from crowd. Also, we are in a postion to suggest best restaurants fitting your own expectations.
