Very unique stay with a fantastic pool overlooking the old town.

Wonderful experience! You need a car or a bicycle to go. We all did enjoy Toskana's green fields and nature! Tolfe residence is worth to visit, old buildings, restored with good taste and care for history and tradition! And comfortable for modern life needs also.

Excellent host and crew, great activities, really comfortable bed and the picture of the rooms and the view don't do it justice.

The host provided clear instructions on how to get to the stunning property. We were met with the host’s kind father in law who handed over the keys and gave us a warm welcome. Stunning rustic/mid century vibe which added to the character of the villa. The pool and garden were a great place to hang out and wind down from a long day exploring the towns nearby. Really thankful for the hosts’ recommendations as well. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Big apartment with kitchen. There is no balcony, but windows are big all the way to the floor. The staff is very welcoming. Parking was free.

Perfect location, 250m from Il Duomo, great restaurants in the neighborhood, email communication with host was good, very responsive, the inner yard with terrace was a very nice add-on

The room was large with a beautiful view. I recomend the hotel. There was everything - washing machine, dishwasher, big bathroom. Everything was excellent. The people on the front desk were very helpful and smiley.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. It was unbelievably Close to the piazza and was so comfortable. We want to come back again!

Loved the apartment . Fantastic location. Located on the Main Street of Siena, so lots going on. Easy to reach all major sights on foot!

Excellent location. Host was extremely accommodating and supporting. A wonderful experience. Lots of restaurants and coffee shop close by. Grocery store was a short walk away (400m). Elevator up to 3rd floor.

Photos are not accurate! It was everything super modern, homy, specious, super clean /spotless, perfect location with an elevator! I felt like staying at celebrities’ vacation home! Very comfortable, breakfast, lunch, dinner with the best view, ended up eating a lot at home! Sound proof windows it seems, that noise outside in bars didn’t bother us as long as windows are close. Extra wooden windows to shut the light. Best location! Siena is flat walk if you stay in her place. (Compared to my previous stay, too steep climbing, no shops to enjoy, didn’t want to go back to Siena ever! if my husband didn’t beg me with the photos of this apartment). Yes! You will love Siena because of the place you stay! Provided everything : oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, coffee capsules, tea, bath soap & bath salt, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and rare to have a washing machine with dryer. Everything you need! If you travel by car, “Car valet service” (extra charge by cash only but hotels I asked were charging almost double!), and this valet includes police permission for our car to get inside ZTL on our 1st and last day to load / unload suitcases. Valet can bring the car anytime you need to use the car 7am to 10pm. I don’t recommend public parking. We tried it before but walk is too steep and long. Besides safety of the car is another issue even you don’t leave anything inside. It was late October and outside temperature was as low as 8-10 Celsius in the morning but the house was constantly 20 Celsius. No heater needed yet. (I think heating system is not allowed by Italian government that time). Tourist information just in front of us, and nice coffee shops, restaurants etc, plus pretty branded /non branded shops. We were in the middle of shopping streets. We’ll come back to this place. Too perfect to believe but don’t think twice to get this apartment if it’s vacant.

Location, spacious, and felt like I was living in a palace! View amazing and one shoul plan a trip to Siena based on when this place is available.

The location was perfect. Our host Claudio was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Siena we would love to stay here again.

Luisa, the host, is amazing and made our stay wonderful. She is incredibly communicative, cheery and helpful. The view of the Campo cannot be beat. In fact this apartment becomes even more of a value because instead of paying more to have drinks at the restaurants and bars on the Campo, we had aperitivo time on our own balcony at this apartment with an even better view. We can't imagine staying anywhere else in Siena. We are spoiled by that view forever.

Such a nice apartment! Spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Hosts were responsive and instructions were clear. We saw reviews that the bathroom was small, but we didn’t feel that it was much different than other Italian bathrooms. This is a great location, right in the center of the city, so everything is walkable! You are right in the middle of things, so expect noises and celebrations late into the night. We had a wonderful time and felt like we got a glimpse into the spirit of Siena. Highly recommend!
