Great place in a great location. Exceeded my expectations on all scores. I'd stay again anytime.

The owners are extremely nice and friendly! So, it's a shame that the place is run down. It looks like it used to be very nice and it has a potential to be nice, but.... Dinner was very good!!

Great location, awesome room! The bed was very comfortable and shower was great! A/C worked well. Breakfast was perfect and coffee was wonderful.

Very kind and helpful host. The room was quiet. Plenty of hot water. A nice breakfast was provided. Host recommended a very good restaurant for dinner. Parking available nearby for a reasonable rate of 10 euros.

The location was perfect....walking distance to historical attractions, restaurants and boutiques. However, it was Silvia, the kind and welcoming host, who made this stay memorable.

If you are looking for a quiet, safe and comfortable stay in Viterbo this is the place! A secure place to park your car, a small kitchenette, nearby small supermarket, and walking distance to a great pizzeria (Charleston Pizzeria) round out the excellent qualities of this property. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the room was very clean and the linens refreshed often. The staff (Gissela at the front desk) went out of her way to greet us at 9pm upon our arrival, she kept in touch to make sure all was okay and was available if we needed something.

Great location, clean comfortable bed along with a nice breakfast. Staff were ok but not overly friendly.

This was not my first stay at the Best Western Hotel in Viterbo. I traveled with my wife and daughter. Valentina and the other staff members were exceptionally professional and courteous, as usual. The breakfast was very good, and our room was clean, included a balcony, and was very quiet. The downtown area is not too far from the hotel, and there are several restaurants nearby for dining.

Lovely, clean, quiet, out of the rush of the center of Viterbo but close and convenient. Delicious and generous varied breakfast including gluten free options. Very nice room with balcony overlooking pool

The property is beautiful and new refurbished, large rooms, clean and the owner is a lovely lady, she also brought us delicious home made cookies in the morning. Fridge is equipped with juice, water, cold thee and she welcomed us with crisps and popcorn. Swimming pool is nice and the property is surrounded by threes and nature.
