Accessible Hotels in Hakone

Outstanding hotel.. Our room was beautiful. It had a separate toilet, a lovely onsen which was large enough and deep enough for a large Westerner. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and each was delicious. If you need transfers book them as soon as you arrive as the bus fills up quickly.

Loved the location - bus stop was outside the property. Yunessun (onsen) across the street and 2 family marts. 10 min walk to Gora and Hakone Open Air Museum. Nestled in the mountains with a stunning garden and view. Amenities were great - onsen was beautiful and so clean. Breakfast and dinner were incredible! Blown away by the choices and suitable for all dietary requirements. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything you could need. I booked the day before arriving and for the price, it was a steal! ($800 CAD for 3 nights with breakfast and dinner included - other places were $1500+)

Hands down best hotel experience i have ever been in Japan. This place took me by surprise. From the second you step foot the experience is just incredible. It's clean It's quite The staff are very kind and well trained. The food is truly exceptional. The room is truly impressive. All in all not single bad thought. We are actually planning to return soon.

If it were possible to give a higher rating than 5 I would, 10 sounds good. We were greeted by Shinoda-san and the service he provided was outstanding. We felt like special guests from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Staff was outstanding, Facilities were outstanding. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities. We will definitely be back.

Location was good and easy to get to. Showers and indoor/ outdoor baths were excellent. View in the morning was nice. Tenzan Onsen was recommended and was good for foreigners.

It’s more of a resort, beautiful vintage design. The staff were really friendly and helpful felt like my family

Unbelievable experience. Stunning views during our way there, excellent room, fantastic dinner, incredible private hot springs bath nice staff. Nice walkings and nature around.

So so so beautiful and the staff was amazing only stayed for a night before heading off to my next location but would definitely stay another night to explore Hakone. Tried new foods I normally wouldn’t eat as well which was a great experience as well 🙂‍↕️

Loved the location, the view, the onsen, the free drinks, everything!

We were rained down and the last bus was late. Luckily we got a taxi to be there on time for check-in and the friendly staff was exceptionally helpful in making sure we got dry and comfortable as fast as possible. Literally seconds after arrival all stress from being late and wet were taken away. The room view was stunning even with a heavy mist in the evening of arrival and after an incredible evening meal we enjoyed the hot baths.
