The manager and staff were very kind and helpful. The room was super clean. The location was great. The hotel was very close to the train station and the Bikan historical quarter.

The hotel is in a wonderful location - the hotel can be accessed directly from the center street shortcut tunnel to the Bikan Historical quarter, right across the street from the train station. Rooms were very well equipped, beds were quite comfortable. Appreciated the local touches in the rooms, i.e. canvas/textile goods. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Very much enjoyed the upper floor view lounge, not only the panoramic view but also the varied and well presented drink amenities. The public bath was wonderful, nicely equipped and spacious. Very much enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

The hotel was a 10-minute walk from the station. It is located just one street across the historical area which was extremely convenient. the breakfast was exceptional. Amazing variety and very tasty. The onsen was a big bonus. It was opened 24/7. We arrived 30 minutes early and thought we would be able to check in, however, we couldn't. We left our luggage and went to explore. Later when we checked in, the staff had already taken our luggage to our room.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location is convenient, just a short streetcar/bus ride or walk from Okayama Station, with just a few restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby but plenty more options are available around the station. The castle area is also easy to reach by foot or public transport. The apartment was spacious, quiet, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful details. It truly felt like home. The beds were large and comfortable, the best sleep I had on my trip. Bedding, extra blankets, and towels were all high quality. The amenities were excellent, from the floor heating to the well-functioning bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen was well equipped, with condiments neatly labeled in English, as true for the whole apartment. A complimentary dessert and handwritten welcome note were a lovely touch. The host is responsive and kind. Overall, a very convenient, comfortable stay with a warm atmosphere. I would definitely return.

Wonderful place to stay in Okayama. Good location, near the station and some wonderful restaurants and cafe. The onsen was amazing! They also have a nice treat in the evenings with noodle soup for guests. Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful!
