Clean and quiet room, amazing breakfast, very convenient location with everything within a walking distance. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Parking is available on site. I've seen some reviews that it can be noisy due to the cars passing by, but the room we stayed in was in the furthest corner of the property, so we didn't experience any of that, especially considering that we kept the windows closed because we were using the AC.

This is a great place to stay in Valladolid. We stayed with a group of 10, and the staff made sure everything was perfect. The property is nice and clean, and Luis and his team truly go above and beyond to take care of you. They provided the best tips for where to eat and what to do, ensuring we had a perfect stay. One of kind location. Many animals to see (monkey, bmby, ghoose, turkey, peacock, frogs at night). Amazing view and surrounding, everything is green and well maintained. Cenote is really cool. A lot of space to walk around and see. Rooms are super nice and clean. We really enjoyed are stay.

It’s a lovely property in a really great location - walking distance to everything you’ll want access to while in town. The room is very clean and the bed is super comfy! I unfortunately didn’t have time to use the pool, but it is also very clean and well maintained. Last but not least, Pablo is wonderful! He is so kind and welcoming, and offered recommendations/assistance when needed. Every night, he confirmed what time I’d like breakfast, which consisted of tea, fruit, toast, and my choice of eggs any style, quesadilla, or pancakes. He’s a great cook!
