This hotel is a real gem. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the Stupa, but just far enough away from the crowds and traffic to be quiet and relaxing. The rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean, with great beds and spacious, modern bathrooms. We loved the buffet breakfast each morning, which had a great selection of fresh, high-quality food. The staff were the real highlight of our stay. From the manager and front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping teams, everyone was genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful. They really made us feel welcome. We’ll definitely be back!

Very comfortable rooms, great restaurant with a lovely garden terrace, staying here supports an important organisation caring for and educating street children and women.

Great location, wonderful staff - efficient and friendly, super clean, a great Feng Shui in the building, a great sense of security, and very comfortable beds and rooms. Great breakfasts, meals on order, AND room service :) (though we never used it).

The family room was spacious, clean and comfy. Soft beds, clean towels, hot water and good sized rooms. The staff including Chogyal, PhurbLham, Nima, Atisha Rai and the careful shuttle driver and many others were nothing but helpful, kind and friendly. The hotel was spic and span, great location 14 minutes from the stupa and the upstairs breakfast/dining restaurant offered amazing views and good food. Will stay here again for sure. Also, good value.

Boutique hotel vibe run by a Sherpa family. The hosts and staff are all very friendly, helpful, and smiling. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and has comfortable beds. Location is great, easy to walk to many places including the stupa. I appreciate the water dispensers (limits use of plastic bottles) and the very reasonable prices for food and specialty coffees.

Very clean. Exceptionally friendly staff. Free breakfast was some of the best food I have ever eaten. I couldn’t be happier with my stay.

Good Staff and Great Locatiion

Breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. The hotel location is excellent, it is very close to the airport but away from the noisy main road

Perfect location and staff was wonderful. Comfort and amenities were also good.

Breakfast or food was comparably expensive. Cup of tea was lousy. But young waitress was so sweet and pleasant that shadowed the price. At reception lady Kabita was very pleasant and exceptionally very helpful, security guard was also very inviting and helpful. Other staff was ok I loved the clean towels and hot water.

Proximity to the airport. Friendliness of the staff. We always enjoy the restaurant.

GREAT STAY and really polite staff

Within walking distance of airport but far from everything else. Great if your destination is airport. Very comfortable and clean, in fact, better than most.
