Amazing little family hotel on the bank of the Soca River and under the Boka waterfall. We truly enjoyed our stay - perfect location close to many natural attractions, friendly staff, tasty food, cozy rooms, and the sauna with the best view. We will for sure visit again.

Hotel staff was always very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was complete with many options. And since we traveled during Easter, we had even traditional dishes available .

Located in a small village in the mountains, 15 mins from Kobarid. The parking was very easy, right behind the building. The apartment unit had a bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen/living room -just for us! We stayed here only 1 night, but wished we had more time to enjoy the beautiful scenery! The swallows early in the morning were very cute :)

The apartment was completely equipped with everything we needed. The view is absolutely amazing, and the host is always available to answer questions. If we are ever in the neighborhood again, we will for sure come back.

Excellent property for Alpe Adria-ers. Gave me extra bread for my journey! Also right at the entrance for the spring hike which is very nice to do in the morning before continuing the journey.
