An excellent hotel with a really high standard at a very low price! The best value for money we had during our trip. A comfortable, pampering room and a great location- everything we needed.

The Staff were very helpful. They barely spoke English except for one young man who spoke English and went out of his way to explain things and help us.

Amazing staff, they are really kind and helpful, helped me with recommendations about all the area and helped me plan my stay here in Puli. Plus - the backpacker dorm here is not a real dorm, but more of small private room for 1 person which was great and way above my expectations

Lovely hotel with spacious room & ensuite, excellent buffet breakfast and great location as close to restaurants. As we were travelling by bicycle, we appreciated the front desk looking after our bicycles for us during our stay.

Everything!! plus we got a free upgrade which is a plus! Cleanliness/Staff/rooms/breakfast was great! The rooms were spacious and well thought out, that included breakfast was fairly decent and the kids really enjoyed the play room on the ground floor, I would definitely stay again! The location was very close to the Puli Night market, several convenience stores and a market as well.

Our room was impressively spacious, featuring large, comfortable beds, an expansive bathroom, and a generously sized TV. The retro-style sofa set and antique furniture were also fully functional, adding both character and comfort to the space. The wide hallway led to a delightful secret room, providing children with their own cozy retreat. Both afternoon tea and breakfast were beautifully presented and delicious, reflecting the same level of artistry and care evident in the hotel’s design. A truly remarkable stay that blends aesthetics, comfort, and culinary excellence.
