Shah checked us in and he was exceptional in every way. An astute professional and first point of contact. Please thank him for us as we were so jet lagged from flying into Logan from Australia. Then the night time staff were wonderful as our luggage was delayed and came in at 1.30am. Please thank your night time crew for all of their assistance.
