It’s so cute and perfect for kids with the themed rooms. My kids loved the 'boat' bunk beds and enjoyed the pool and the playground. The staff saw us hanging by the lake and lit a small bonfire to keep us warm

The suite room was spacious and clean, with a quiet AC and heater, which was great. The autumn-themed decorations in the lobby were cozy and beautiful.

Location was great to explore the surrounding area and we loved the breakfast buffet ..staff were friendly..we had the good fortune of checking with a lovely girl (Joely)who was a ray of sunshine and set the tone for the hotel

The owner and staff were very kind and helpful. You feel really welcome and the breakfast is great, all is fresh, the bread is wrapped and the juices are in the original packaging and not in the machine which I really appreciate, because a machine usually has too many germs. The environment is also very good you have several possibilities to eat well.

Deana at front desk was a pleasure. Deana's highlighting of features ie. breakfast, ice machine location helpful. The text message received after getting into our room asking if any problems was another highlight of the customer service. Especially liked absence of carpet in the rooms and appreciated the little touch like a night light in the bathroom. Cleanliness was top notch. Enjoyed the fresh made pancakes at breakfast as per Deana's recommendation. The generous amount of seating in lobby allowed us to relax with our friends before retiring. Well done Tru by Hilton!!

This place was great because it was back off the road and was so quiet. It was clean and everything was there if needed.

Very friendly front desk staff and bed slept great. Good WiFi and I will return when work brings me back to area.

It is my third visit to this property. Lovely location in front of a farm, very quiet. Immerse in the Amish county very paceful and pleasant. Nice rooms and plenty of space to park.

I have been bringing my group to Lancaster for over 10 years. I was delighted to find this fresh new look in Lancaster, PA! Nice new hotel, clean, comfortable and wonderful staffs. Great value for money.
