The hotel and surroundings were very clean, hallways were spotless and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was DREAMY! The place was brimming with life and beautiful people, we're lesbians and we saw another lesbian couple eating in another table, we felt welcomed! So LGBT friendly and people of all races and ethnicities, it was lovely!!

The hotel was quiet both on the outside and inside. Was scared we would hear airplanes from the airport but didn't. Staff was very nice and our room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Customer Service was Excellent! The Restaurant had good choices. The chicken wings are very good. Complementary Water and Starbucks Coffee in the very large 1 bedroom Suite. Comfortable bed that enveloped your body a little. Soundproof! And the temperature adjusts to your liking with consistent low fan that creates the perfect white noise for sleeping. Shuttle was on time. Bartender knows how to make a great Old Fashioned.

I had to stay there due to reasons beyond my control or I would have left! There were roaches in the room. The floor was dirty and the stripping was falling away from the wall. The toilet seat was broken, one side hooked on. There were hairs on the bed sheets. Two out of the three staff members I met were very polite and nice. I was told there would be a microwave and refrigerator through booking.com, but when I got there, there wasn't either in the room and there was a microwave in the lobby to use while the lobby was open.

Nice kitchen, lots of space. Quiet street. Comfortable bed. Glass furniture so not able to relax with our two-year old running around but that's not uncommon in our life, hahaha. Getting around is a mess but as long as you keep your GPS on you'll get where you're going.

Nothing.

Nothing. 'The Airport Lodge' platform description is embellished and deceptive. Inaccurate. Underhanded wording decribes place as 'modern, stylish and comfortable.' Nothing could be further from the truth. Entire premises is extremely shabby. 'Glossy' photographs simply do not picture the actual space. Note: The location was extremely difficult, complicated, confusing and inordinately frustrating to find. Host's instrctions stated: 'to be certain outside door is kept locked at all times.' My husband and I discovered why---as we began driving through neighborhood to locate premises. Neighborhood is poor, shabby, extremely run-down, sketchy and felt unsafe. Owner's description of a 'ground floor' apartment, simply is false. Actual premises appears to be a converted basement/garage: dark, cramped, closed-in---basically no windows, no air. 'Uninhabitable.' Cheap furnishings. For a $40.00 cleaning fee, premises was not cleaned thoroughly: condiment covers were left opened, and partially used; a used instant coffee jar was more than 1/3 empty; a crumbled, filthy, worn blanket was covered with hair and at least 1 twig. Absolutley disgusting. We didn't look any further. Through Booking.com agents' assistance, (who were tremendous help) we requested to depart, immediately. Owner had the audacity to charge us for 1 night's stay, including cleaning fee "because we checked in." Outrageous.

Disgusting service and hotel checkin in at 3 pm and left at 8pm couldnt trust the beds to sleep in no wash clothes in the entire hotel and getting four towels for the four of us was even difficult idl what they did to this hotel used to a a decent holiday inn whoever has it now its went waaaaaay down!!!!!

Horrible. Staff have no clue what they doing. They have charged my card inaccurately with out my permission more then once! Trying to reach the manager to fix it is nearly impossible! I’m still waiting on a refund from a unauthorized charge! Will never stay here again. I would recommend not using your regular card maybe a prepaid card cause they will randomly charge you months later hopefully you don’t realize it.

Overall location was easy to find.

Overall location was easy to find. My room was very clean and all the staff were very welcoming and very nice. Dinner at the Streetlight restaurant was great. Housekeepers were very friendly and respectful. The only thing that went wrong was that my bank debit card was charged for the stay along with my cashapp card. Cashapp was contacted. The hotel released the money but cashapp stated that it could take up to one month to receive those funds.

The location is good to be able to shop as mall close by and lots transportation options into city .the staff are courteous and responsive however the room stank of cigarettes and requested non smoking . The furnishings were clean yet not adequate . Both lamps missing shades and all outlets were very worn out and not hold plug well making them useless . The refrigerator worked ok but not a single cup or utensils so take plastic for use. Also inadequate trash container in room . Can’t open curtains as ground level rooms and bright security lights shine in window at night

Nothing that I like I walked into a nightmare bed bugs and the room smelled like cigars and you can see the dust on the TV even without the bed bugs I did not feel comfortable in that room it's stunk it look like it hasn't been cleaned

We came into town to attend the 76ers and Hornets game.

We came into town to attend the 76ers and Hornets game. The Wells Fargo Center is less than 15 min away from the hotel and very easy to get too. There is an Old Country Buffet and Royal Farms right next to hotel. We had dinner at Millers Ave 1119 W Baltimore Pike which is about 10 min away from hotel. Baltimore Pike is a long strip of restaurants, shopping mall and other stores. There is a walmart about 5 min away from the hotel. Although it is not a super walmart; they do have some groceries; no deli or meats. If you like to gamble, Harrah's casino is about 10 min down the road.

The hotel is wonderful!

The hotel is wonderful! Our sink didn't drain well and that was annoying, but everything else was great. The shower is large and has great water pressure, the room is very clean and spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. Also, the air conditioning unit is very quiet.
