The rooms are very spacious, cold, new, and comfortable. The free breakfast was great! The staff at Best Western Plus were very kind to any questions we had. The distance from the hotel to historical sites in Philadelphia was not bad if you’re driving.

I love this hotel. The rooms are so pretty and modern with full kitchens. Rooms are very clean and spacious and the floors, including the hallways and stairwells are all great bc they are wood which I love bc it is more sanitary and easy to clean as opposed to carpeting. The windows have wood blinds as opposed to drapes. There are cameras everywhere the property is secure and safe and all the doors are secured with keyed entry. The staff, including housekeeping are wonderful and particular in the detail. Overall, it is a really great and safe property!

It was a nice big room. We went to the Rivers Casino and they had a free shuttle which was perfect. All of the workers at the hotel from the front desk to the shuttle divers were all so nice and helpful.

Room. 1216. Mattress was like concrete. Heater wouldn't stop running even though it was on auto. Tried turning it down as far as it went 60 degrees...fan still kept running pumping out hot air. Had to open window and turn heat off despite the 29 degree temp. Too hot. Ruined my stay. Although I stay here everytime I come to visit family, this may have been my last stay here. And my daughter stayed here for her wedding years ago, so we love this place. Beautiful lobby and everything else. It's a shame.

The only thing I missed was being able to BBQ in the backyard. We were kind of looking forward to it based on one of the pictures viewed. The kitchen and breakfast nook/Veranda, more than made up for the lack of a grill. The area is quiet, well maintained and beautiful. Arriving each evening was a welcome close to each day as we were busy for no less than 12 hours on 3 of the 5 days spent in Cherry Hill. Because we were so busy we didn't get a chance to get out to any restaurants but there was one nearby that looked really interesting so we are planning to make sure we stop there on the next trip. We had no little people with us and were busy every day, so I can't comment on nearby activities but I know we were close enough to Philly to be able to take a nice trip if we had the time. Since ours was a business trip we couldn't plan much but I would suggest if anyone it going away to get away stop here for a great place to stay. When we can find some free time, we are planning on going back solely for time away and take in all that we can.

Stay away from this place unless you enjoy the smell of pot and enjoy hearing dogs barking all night! Coffee bar was a joke: old dirty standard coffee pot you have to move to add water, left over food in fridge, only the view of downtown Philly was nice.

Loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the quiet atmosphere. I will be staying there again very soon. Check in was fast and easy. The only problem I had, was there was no irons. I had to buy one from Family Dollar.

Beds were super comfortable but other then that the room could’ve been cleaner. Floor was falling apart, furniture was stained, walls peeling of paint, furniture dinged up and falling apart, no table for 2 to eat at in the room and they lock the lobby so you can’t even go in there to eat unless it’s breakfast time, pool was closed and we didn’t know until we got there, breakfast flat out sucked, staff was kinda rude as well, TV options were the worst and very outdated. Looks like they’re trying to update the rooms but it’s falling apart in the process. Could tell they don’t dust or pull furniture out to vacuum or mop. All in all I think the bed was the best thing.

Cherry Hill was nice, plenty of amenities, everything you could need in a small space. Close enough to Philadelphia to make the trip back and forth in the evening without much trouble. The divided highway on 38 can make travel a little difficult, due to having to do loops to make the turns, but it's not too bad. The silver star diner was a great throwback, and people's pizza was a great local place.

I stayed a weekend at this hotel. My husband and I went so he could attend wrestle mania. The hotel was 20 mins await from the arena and conveniently right next to the highway that took us to Philly. The breakfast here was good and I enjoyed the full kitchen and apartment style rooms. It felt like a home away from home.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable Room. Supersized TV (58"). Cool Bathroom with a big Bluetooth Miror and nice shower. Little inhouse pool with small fitness center nearby. Great breakfast and nice burger for dinner... all over everything is very nice here... I will visit this hotel again !
