The beds were very comfortable especially the pillows. The view was amazing and the room was very spacial. The location is great and the food was amazing.

The hotel was brand new as advertised and felt very clean and elegant, especially for that price. They let us check in early and the 12 pm checkout is wonderful! The staff was super friendly and helpful and seemed excited to be opening and showing everyone a good time. The bed was very comfy and we stayed on the top floor and enjoyed the huge skylight. We'd absolutely stay again!

The room was so spacious. Lighting is adequate. It's 3 minutes away from West Bahnhof station and a lot of stores, markets. Price is justified.

Very centrally located, super close to Vienna Central Train Station, superb for those not driving.

A lot of surprising equipments

The hotel was exceptional in all aspects and the staff were very kind. Everything was new and clean, creating a very pleasent atmosphere for the guests. It has a great gym, golf course next to it and a decent parking space. Highly recommended place to stay.

Clean and close to central bus station

The lobby and lounge are beautifully decorated, the bar is great and breakfast was very good. The rooms are on the small side but furnished with everything we might need. We felt that the hotel could easily be considered a 4 star, instead of 3.

The staff was very friendly and helpful :) I also liked that it was very close to the Hauptbahnhof but very quiet either way.

Beautifully decorated, large 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment located in the center of town a stone's throw from St. Stephen's Cathedral. Vienna is at your doorstep. The apartment is quiet with the windows closed, or if you want to watch and listen to the sounds of central Vienna, you can open the full length window/door and watch the world go by from the sixth floor. Dishwasher and washing machine made a longer stay easy. Great shower room. Marie Therese is a terrific host. Check in and out was a breeze. I highly recommend this apartment.

I loved the fact that the property was clean, quiet, family oriented, safe and right in the middle of the all attractions really. It was so close to the public transportation options. It made it effortless to enjoy the city and beyond. The hosts are the main reason why loved our stay here. They are extremely professional and friendly at the same time. They pay extreme attention room to details from instruction video about how to find the apartment to how to use the washing machine to everything else… they are there to ensure your stay is pleasant and memorable. We just loved the attention to details and care they showed to their guest. A little touch like how they print their guest’s last name and place it on your apartment door. I thought that was such a nice gesture. You will love it here. Don’t wait to book it! We will book again.

Clean , good location and warm

The location can't be beat! You are Mozart's neighbor; the door of the Mozart House Museum is literally just steps away. This is the most magical place in the heart of old Vienna just behind St. Stephens Cathedral. To get there, you'll pass the row of horse drawn carriages, then go through a large medieval wooden arched doorway to the cobblestone street of Mozart. During our week in Vienna we stayed in two of these hideaway apartments (each with a name referencing Mozart and his family.) The apartments are full of thoughtful and elegant touches. The host, Florian, is easy to reach via e-mail or the door cypher system, and he always graciously goes out of his way to be of help. There are lockers for your luggage if you arrive early or have a late departure, and even an assortment of large umbrellas in case of a rainy day. The apartments are super quiet with comfy beds, excellent showers, well appointed designer bathrooms, and a mini kitchen. They are ideal for either a short or longer stay. We picked up pastries from the lovely Aida cafe next to St. Stephens and enjoyed breakfast in our apartment each day. It's a wonderful neighborhood for dining! We thoroughly enjoyed the St. Stephens Christmas Market surrounding the cathedral. A highlight of our trip was Mozart's glorious Requiem which annually takes place at midnight on the anniversary of his death (December 5th) at St. Stephens. In fact, there are many opportunities to enjoy the music of Vienna at St. Stephens and in this neighborhood. It is an easy walk to the Hofburg Palace museum complex, the Opera, and the metro just in front of St. Stephens gave us the ability to go anywhere in the city. There is also a taxi stand on Singerstrasse just a block from the apartments. Each evening we noticed a small group of folks looking up at the windows of Mozart's apartment in reverence.

Location, spacious room and clean bathroom. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would definitely stay here again.
