The apartment is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by numerous gardens, yet public transportation will take you to the bustling city center in just 15 minutes. The old Viennese charm of the apartment has been lovingly preserved and adapted to modern needs. The high ceilings, large double doors, and original herringbone parquet flooring are reminiscent of times long past. The open fireplace radiates cozy warmth on cold days, and the crackling of the burning wood creates a feeling of pure comfort. With 80 m² of space, the apartment offers plenty of room to move around and retreat for two people. High-speed broadband internet access (also via Wi-Fi) allows you to work in comfort. Entertainment is provided by a large flat-screen TV with surround sound, a DVD player, and an iPod docking station for your favorite media. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can whip up a delicious meal to enjoy on the fully glazed loggia. After a busy day, you can relax and enjoy the view of the surrounding gardens, while the underfloor heating keeps your feet warm even on cold days.
