The beds were very comfortable especially the pillows. The view was amazing and the room was very spacial. The location is great and the food was amazing.

The room was so spacious. Lighting is adequate. It's 3 minutes away from West Bahnhof station and a lot of stores, markets. Price is justified.

Very centrally located, super close to Vienna Central Train Station, superb for those not driving.

Everything was totally perfect. The room is exactly similar to pictures. Welcoming and friendly staff. I enjoyed of being in this hotel.

The hotel was exceptional in all aspects and the staff were very kind. Everything was new and clean, creating a very pleasent atmosphere for the guests. It has a great gym, golf course next to it and a decent parking space. Highly recommended place to stay.

Clean and close to central bus station

The lobby and lounge are beautifully decorated, the bar is great and breakfast was very good. The rooms are on the small side but furnished with everything we might need. We felt that the hotel could easily be considered a 4 star, instead of 3.

The staff was very friendly and helpful :) I also liked that it was very close to the Hauptbahnhof but very quiet either way.

It was super close to the metro station which leads to main tourist attractions. We stayed in a very spacious room with Prater view, the room was very clean and cozy. Bed was really comfortable and big enough. Heating system worked perfectly, which was very important during cold season. I would definitely recommend and would choose again when staying in Vienna.

The staff was very welcoming and the hallways were clean everywere.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in the world but nothing compared to a cool clean neat modern place like this. Breakfast and gym was top notch. Service was class. Staff was lovely. Well done and see u all soon.

Everything is excellent! Great location

The location is superb! 5 min walk to the Wien Hbf, suitable for people who have to catch an early train like me. The room is spacious and clean for hostel standard.

perfect cleanless good location

It was a really great deal, close to vienna international cente. Rooms were very very clean. Kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing, they had everything you would want for a good meal.

Amazing location, very kind and helpful staff, close to the restaurants and Wien Westbahnhof, availability of hot water 7/24, just 1 min from the tram station, comfortable bed... I don't know what to add more. I will definitely stay again if I come to Wien again.
