No fuss check-in. The room was spacious, spotless and comfy bed. Well-equipped kitchenette and the toilet is very clean. Easy load/unload; parking is right in front of the room. Jason was very friendly and helpful in attending to our last-minute request.

The accommodation is very clean, spacious, and lovely, and there are no issues with check-in or check-out. Great location. It's conveniently located near everything we've visited. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely go back and bring our families and friends, as well as maybe bring out the boat next time. The host, Jason, always communicates with us, extends assistance when needed, and is always available to help.

The property is immaculate from the common garden area to the rooms themselves. Recently updated, the bathroom was lovely with amazing water pressure and the hottest of hot water. Even my 6’5 hubby fit easily under the shower, which is always usually an issue. The fact that it is directly next door to Lemon Tree passage Bowling club, is an added bonus. A huge club which was ideal for a few beverages and had a fabulous meal in the bistro. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will recommend to all my family and friends!!!

We had a family room. The room was perfect, just what we needed for the nights stay. Beds were comfortable, Bathroom was clean and looked updated. The manager, Jason was amazing, great communication and available if we needed anything. Overall, it’s a great motel to stay the night.

Really nice modern motel room has a patio door out to the garden area which I liked. Motel has everything required for an enjoyable stay. Jason goes out of his way to accomodate check-in with clear instructions in a friendly manner. It's a quiet area, 30 min drive to Nelson Bay, there's a playground, coffee and friendly locals all nearby! The Poyer's restaurant nice location and great brekkie!

Great place to stay - my partner and our son stayed there while we visited friends living in the area. Communications with the manager Jason was fantastic, check-in and check-out process was seamless and convenient. The room was comfortable and clean, no issues!

The ability to sit together as a group after a day out rather than retiring to individual cabins/rooms. Well appointed house with all the necessary items required for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and reacted immediately to any problems. Definitely will recommend this place to friends.
