Relax in our comfortable 3 bedroom home in Lemon Tree Passage, sleeping up to 6 guests. Enjoy the spacious backyard with BBQ and stroll to the waterfront, cafés, playgrounds and scenic walks. Close to boat ramps, great fishing and Tilligerry Habitat for koala sightings. Camel rides at Oakfield Ranch and the beautiful beaches of Nelson Bay are only a short drive away, making this home a great base for exploring Port Stephens, with plenty of family-friendly attractions nearby. A starter welcome kit is provided with basic essentials such as toiletries, dishwashing liquid, and toilet paper etc. Please note, these are supplied to get you started and are not replenished during your stay. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items they may require. Live TV is not available; however, streaming services can be accessed on the smart TV. Firewood is not provided; please BYO or purchase it at nearby service stations. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi available at the property.
