Nice hotel with friendly staff

Wow! The spa was awesome, and hotel guests get a 50% discount on the spa entry after 5PM. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly.

This family (father & daughter) run boutique hotel is run with a central focus on supporting travellers. The staff's kindness is amazing and extends far beyond what one can reasonably expect. "Restaurant closed? No worries, we'll get you something to eat." "Need to be at the airport at 5:30? No worries, we'll get you there. We'll prepare you a packed breakfast you can eat later at the airport." Perfect as a Brussel's airport hotel, but we will stay there again, even if we are not flying. Excellent restaurant. I loved the hotel. Excellent facilities, staff, rooms and super clean.

Very convenient for the work purpose that we had to attend. The course was organized in the lobby of the hotel so we just had to descend. What’s more, we also had an update for our room, which is always nice. The hotels in this chain are always so beautifully decorated and have a particular, warm ambiance that’s so special.

Convenient Location right at the airport. Took the train to location and it was convenient to reach the hotel from there.

Everything! Exceptional stay. First, the staff from each department was beyond amazing with their service and care. The front desk personal were so kind with my parents and caring. The restaurant staff service and attention were extrordinary. Second, the hotel facilities are spectacular and modern, our room was very big, and the beds very comfortable. Finally, for transportation to the Brussels airport you have the option by taxi or shuttle bus and the distance is less than 10 min. In addition, tbis hotel is within 6 min walking distance to Diagem train station so you can connect with Brussels North, central or midi in less than 10 minutes. Definitely is a property to come back!

I like the hotel location, team, food... and Was very calm place.

For us it was a perfect stay. We had to come for a fast visit and it gave us the best value for the price. The rooms were clean and healthy. It was so nice that we could still have a drink later in the evening. The breakfast was excellent. Parking places area 😕 in available with cheap day tickets.

Rating: 2/10 Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean upon arrival, and the bed was uncomfortable and worn out. Despite requesting a room change, the staff did not provide a suitable solution. The walls were very thin, making it difficult to sleep due to noise from neighboring rooms and hallways. The overall maintenance of the property was poor, and the service did not meet expectations. For the price paid, I expected a much better experience. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

Clean tidy and near everywhere

Very Nice and comfortable facilities, has washer and dryer, very responsive owner, beautiful garden and patio, fully equipped kitchen.
