The breakfast was pretty good. The location was great. The room was really comfortable.

The hotel is amazing. I booked a room with two single beds. The beds are excellent, as are the blankets, sheets, pillows—everything. The room is extremely cozy. The bathroom is also excellent, very spacious and with a mirror. The hotel has a gym for those who enjoy weight training. There is a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for taking photos. The breakfast was delicious. La Residence is very close to Avenida Paulista and easy to access. There is valet parking available (paid separately). Great experience. 1000/10!

The locación. The área. Near to gyms and metro station. Fiar price and súper clean space

The building is incredible and it has everything you need, from laundry room to even gym, vending machines with snacks and essentials and podcast rooms. No breakfast, since it's not an hotel, but great restaurants, bars and bakery within walking distance. The apartment is great, with full size refrigerator, microwave and a small induction stove. Superb location as well, right off of Avenida Paulista and the building is next to an entrance to a metro station. Housi is my go-to.

Excellent location, clean , comfortable, attentive staff

It could have the American plug or the two USBs to recharge phones. Very important for some that travels. Only Brazil uses that hexagonal standard.

Hi my name is jose filho live in USA I arrived in at the hotel late at night I identify myself I tell the receptionist I have a reservation she sent me to fourth floor room with 4 beds for four peoples I returned again receptionist my reservation is for one person only room with one bed she’s sending me. to second floor with room with one bed and I’m talking about the receptionist who works at night she’s a terrible Maria Eduardo
