The host sent a message at the day with the links to the instruction videos. In fact the videos were so helpful and we could easily find the key and get into the room without any problems. The location was really wonderful - we could enjoy the amazing mountain view and go to the bath on foot in 10 minutes.

Exceptionally clean and quaint with a wonderful coffee maker! Sandra was so nice since we came after hours. She made sure that we were able to get in.

The gift basket, the quality building construction, the coziness and comfort, and the brilliant combination of classic style and modern appliances. The terrace provides an excellent view of the nature around.

The host is great she is very accommodating. Enjoyed the delicious homemade breakfast. Loved our tea station in our room. It’s a very cute and cozy place. Very quiet. Gives you the feeling of being a local and what it feels like to live in a small village in Switzerland. Gorgeous location. Loved hearing the sheep bells that were coming from the sheep on the hillside. Convenient location. Close to town, close to the river. Lovely town with everything you need. I would definitely recommend booking here. We came for the Desalpe festival and the cows/parade literally walked passed the front of the house towards town so we could see them from our window. That was an unexpected special surprise.

Very clean appartement and nice location, very quiet. Easy to park the car just in front of the building. There is really everything you need in the kitchen, hosts were very responsive to my questions

Location, breakfast included was absolutely delicious and the unlimited access to the thermal baths was definitely a plus.Great value for the amount paid! We ended up also buying some chocolate from Le patissier de L'hotel Cailler, as souvenirs for our families. Delicious 😋

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Appartement de charme! It was so convenient and well-equipped. Very clean and comfortable! We planned our stay to coincide with Desalp de Charmey. The festival was wonderful! The rain did not dampen our spirits at all. We were able to watch some of the parades from our window! Charmey is a charming village and we enjoyed the thermal baths, fondue and the pizzeria right below our apartment. Bus service from Gruyere was very convenient as well.
