Accommodations in Ürümqi

Even though the staff did not speak English, they were very helpful. We did use translation apps, and one of the employees Zhang Kaixin was very very helpful. He helped me go to a phone store and bank and made sure I wasn’t not hungry or thirsty. Very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. So many options to choose from and it was real food

The hotel was great! Totally met my expectations! The bed was comfy. The food is superior. The staff was kind enough to clean the room every single day. I man hey what else would you expect from a 5 star hotel? Best hotel in Urumqi displayed the best possible quality!

The atmosphere and staff are very inviting and friendly

Originally we do not have any plan to visit there. But due to some troubles we were compelled to stay one night at Urumqi. I found this hotel, it is a miracle. The staffs are very kind and friendly, and helped us a lot. The room is wonderful and comfortable. The buffet is amazing. The place is near to the big shopping market and beautiful park. Next time we must choose this hotel when we have a chance to visit this city.

Honestly, the staff made everything great. They greeted me with a locally-grown apple that Xinjiang is known for, and always responded to communications instantly. They also knew all the places you could go in the area. I was well-taken care of, and felt very at home.

The staff are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around this area. The price is reasonable.

Location nearby Grand Bazaar and easily accessible within walking distance. Urumqi very crowded and congested area during peak hours too.
