1. Perfect location if you want to visit the National forest park. It is 5 minutes walk to the east gate what’s the main routes start. 2. Clean spacious room, we felt really comfortable. And the price is really good for what you get. 3. The manager Scott helped us to arrange our trips, booked tickets for us. His recommendations helped a lot while we were in the park. And he has a very good English. That is very rare in China.

The location is perfect, we loved our stay. It was really modern, well decorated. The staff was super super helpful. They arranged free shuttle pickup for us from the airport. The best part of the hotel is the cats, kittens but also the most adorable dog they have.

The hotel is very well maintained. The staff went out of their way to assist me. I had booked a tour from the Wast gate which is quite far from the hotel. Not only did they recommend a solution but also allowed me to cancel one night stay for free and sent my luggage to the new hotel so I could make my tour the next morning. I’m truly grateful.

Carol was very accommodating, friendly and trustworthy! She gives you all the tips and tricks to get around the park in the most efficient way possible. The walk was also very quick, if you walk fast the gate is less than 5mins away. We had several problems during our trip but Carol was always willing to help us figure things out immediately. Can’t get this type of hospitality from many other accommodations. We really liked the food especially the beer duck it was amazing.

Amazing place! It's really THE accomodation to choose if you want to discover Zhangjiajie national park and avoid the crowds. You can watch the sunset at a great spot close to the hotel, get up early and walk to one of the sunrise spots (pretty much guaranteed that you'll be there by yourself), and get the best advice how to plan your route to avoid the crowds. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic time at YOLO resort. I absolutely recommend staying there!

The holiday was great, it was my first time staying at this hotel. Clean and comfortable, heated beds (which is important if it’s cold outside). Check in very quickly. The guys at the hotel are very friendly, caring and patient. They try to help with any questions. English is spoken well at the hotel. Special thanks to Anthony for his care and patience. There is a cute dog living in the hotel and if you love animals this will be a pleasant bonus.

I really liked the fact that the staff helped me a lot with organising my visit to the national parks according to my own preferences. The gentleman at reception is very obliging and speaks good English. I enjoyed this very much and thank him for the expedition to this breathtaking region of Zhangjiajie. The accommodation is ideally located for exploring the Avatar Mountains or the Glass Bridge. Helpfulness is very important at the accommodation. The breakfast was also very good. I really enjoyed my stay overall.

The host is amazing, she helped me with everything! Booking tickets with discount, finding my way in Zhangjiajie, restaurant accommodations etcetera. The second day unfortunately the toilet was broken and they fixed it immediately. Even when I decided to check out earlier than plannend because of the bad weather, she helped me with arranging everything, she even payed back my last night. Highly recommend!
