1. Perfect location if you want to visit the National forest park. It is 5 minutes walk to the east gate what’s the main routes start. 2. Clean spacious room, we felt really comfortable. And the price is really good for what you get. 3. The manager Scott helped us to arrange our trips, booked tickets for us. His recommendations helped a lot while we were in the park. And he has a very good English. That is very rare in China.

The location is perfect, we loved our stay. It was really modern, well decorated. The staff was super super helpful. They arranged free shuttle pickup for us from the airport. The best part of the hotel is the cats, kittens but also the most adorable dog they have.

The hotel is very well maintained. The staff went out of their way to assist me. I had booked a tour from the Wast gate which is quite far from the hotel. Not only did they recommend a solution but also allowed me to cancel one night stay for free and sent my luggage to the new hotel so I could make my tour the next morning. I’m truly grateful.

Amazing geographical features well presented.

Amazing geographical features well presented. The access and organization to viewing and park facilities is very well done. The four day ticket is a good deal even with having to pay for the occasional extra attraction. A truly unique geological area. Good eats in the main park , not over priced. Great trails and viewing areas. Did not like being told I was too old , 64 , for via ferrata at the Grand Canyon Sky Bridge. I still climb mountain at home in Canada, should be a physical assessment that determines inability.

Zhangjiajie is one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, especially the Avatar Mountains and Tianmen Mountain. The city is clean, well-organized, and the people are friendly and helpful. The national parks are unforgettable, and everything is well managed for tourists. We had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend Zhangjiajie to anyone who loves nature and spectacular landscapes. We hope to visit again in the future!

Great place to visit. Lots to cover in three days. When buying attraction tickets, be cautious. Information is not so clear. Even with providers like Klook or Get your Guide. We thought to have full package and private tour for our group. However, we had to pay extra fees that was not included in our package.

We enjoyed our stay at Song Boutique immensely. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Complimentary laundry service was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was abundant and amazing with lots of local items.

We booked 1 night in Zhangjiajie City and another 4 nights...

We booked 1 night in Zhangjiajie City and another 4 nights in Wullingyuan. That should be more than enough. Unfortunately, we had 2 days of rain so we ended up not seeing Tianmen mountain this time. I think the time entry has somehow help control long queues to the Bailong Elevator or to the Tianzi Cableway. Nevertheless, there's so much visitors in the park that somehow slowed us down. We were not even there during China's public holiday. We ended up staying longer inside the park and exit about 6PM when most of the visitors are gone.

This lovely hotel is located near the east gate of Zhangjiajie National Park, within a 10 minute taxi ride and is very convenient. Housekeeper lucy. Very helpful with planning our trip and booking all relevant tickets in advance The room was spacious, clean and tidy and the price was good. This was the first hotel I've stayed in and I was lucky to be able to find one. In addition, there is even a free laundry service if you need to do laundry during your trip. All in all a great hotel.
