Great location, beautiful view from the 46th floor even with the landmark of the Raffles Hotel in plain sight. Attentive and caring staff, we had a great experience!

Really professional and quick service, breakfast was also good. The hotel is situated right next to one of the main shopping areas, and close to the subway. When we got our room, it smelled like cigarettes, even though we booked a non-smoking room. When we brought this up with the front desk, they immediately allowed us to view other rooms to judge whether others were better in our view. We switched then rooms. They also offered help with switching, but we didn't have a lot of luggage, so we refused. A cute little robot brought us our second room card, which was also really fun to see.

Everything was good: the room was clean and comfortable, included breakfast buffet varied in every aspect with variety of dishes. Most important, hotel staff was caring and welcoming. Thank you!

It was a wonderful experience and a very comfortable stay. The hotel location is strategic and convenient for visiting most of the main attractions. The staff at the reception and breakfast area were always friendly, smiling, and genuinely helpful.

Service was beyond exceptional. Very impressed with how the staff treated their guests. We had difficulties with booking high-speed trains to another city and the staff went out of their way to help us. We also travelled with an elderly and did not realise that Chongqing was a city with steep pathways. The hotel was happy to lend us a wheelchair from the hotel. The location was amazing and very close to the train station. Extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Chongqing.

The hotel is very clean, and there are loads of shops and restaurants around the hotel, as well as metro stations. The best part was the beautiful view at night.

The hotel is in the front of the Metro Station. And walking distance to anywhere. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is also good.

We had a nice time here! A particular highlight was the staff at the front desk who was so helpful and lovely with us. He gave us 2 very excellent food recommendations that became our favourites in Chonqing, and he was generally just so kind and helpful. The rooms were also very nice and clean. Thank you!
