You pay a lot for the place but at least you get what you pay. Great rooms, ac, bed and bathroom. The included airport shuttle bus is what made me choose it. I needed something for one night and the place was great. You think there’s nothing around but if you walk a little bit there are so many restaurants and bars around. The hotel is over a mall, if you go in the elevator down to the mall there is this bbq place (cat🐱 theme) with amaziiiiinnggg and cheap food, truly recommend it.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff was amazing, always helpful, went out of their way to help the guests. There is always fresh lemon water in the lobby and they will make tea for you any time. The room was very comfortable, had everything. The black out shades and a/c allowed me to sleep perfectly.

FAQs about hotels in Beijing

From Chinese Dynasties to Cultural Dynamics

A world-renowned gem, sprawling Beijing has magnificent monuments and peaceful parks. At its heart is the world’s largest square, Tiananmen, surrounded by important museums and the amazing Forbidden City. This 15th-century, walled complex of palaces neighbors Jingshan Park and Beihai Park with its imperial garden.

Across from Tiananmen Square is the ultra-modern National Center for Perfoming Arts, a beacon of the city’s culture so impressively displayed at the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2008 Beijing Olympics in the Bird’s Nest Stadium.

To its east is the UNESCO World Heritage listed Summer Palace, a lakeside retreat of emperors, while also UNESCO listed is the grand Temple of Heaven in Chongwen district, where remnants of Ming dynasty city walls are visible. Nearby are several hutongs, narrow alleys with traditional architecture, that contrast with wider, modern roads like Beijing Financial Street, the city's business area.

The most popular Beijing shopping street is Wangfujing, and other must-see sights include the giant pandas at Beijing Zoo and the Great Wall of China, an easy day trip from Beijing.

As you would expect from the capital of the world’s most populous country, there are a good number of 5-star hotels in Beijing on Booking.com, mainly in the Dongcheng and Chaoyang districts. There are also several hotels near Beijing Capital Airport in the northeast.

I stayed in Beijing between 2 trips to Tibet. I enjoyed great days at the Temple of Heaven Park and Temple' and full day at YuangminYuang/ The hutong next to the hotel has great restaurants, nice food shops etc. In close proximity you have wide streets that lead to nice shoping areas, thoght this was not my concern

Beijing was an incredible city to visit.

Beijing was an incredible city to visit. I loved experiencing the rich history and culture, and it was fascinating to see the blend of ancient landmarks with modern shopping malls and skyscrapers. The contrast between the traditional architecture, temples, and hutongs alongside the vibrant, contemporary city made Beijing feel unique. There was always something new to discover, and it offered a great mix of culture, history, shopping, and amazing food. A destination I would definitely recommend visiting.

Very historical city with friendly people.

Very historical city with friendly people. I noticed that the people there didn't look stressed. They all wore good quality clothes and shoes. Security was tight everywhere and those wearing uniforms for their jobs wore the uniform with pride and dignity, serving their fatherland. I could see patriotism everywhere, which was great. A well organised city. The fact that the visitor's travel card could be used for transportation all over China was a marvellous plus! Transportation was so so so so cheap, compared to my home country. Staff at metro stations were always ready to help with passengers carrying heavy luggage, like me!

Staff spoke English and were very helpful! They helped to track our lost baggage - even called the airline for us. The hotel is very nice and clean and the room was spacious. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is located 10-15 minutes walk away from the Wangfujing shopping area and famous Beijing duck restaurants. The East Gate of the Forbidden City is 25 mins walk away. I would choose to stay here again.

East Sacred Hotel, Beijing – Review The hotel staff was very cooperative and helpful throughout our stay. The location is good, as it is close to Wangfujing Street, making shopping and travel convenient. The only drawback was the room size, which felt quite congested. Apart from the limited space, there were no other issues, and the stay was comfortable overall.
