United StatesGorgeous second-floor room with balcony, bathroom, ocean view. Well-screened windows on three sides let you feel like you are waking up in the jungle without any worries of bugs. Very comfy bed and clean furnishings, AC works great and indoor/outdoor kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. The house is a few minutes walk to the uncrowded beach and there is a waterfall nearby too. Property is well-kept, full of fruit trees. James is very warm, hospitable, and responsive. He’s also a great surf instructor! It was my boyfriend’s first time in the water and by the end of the session he had caught waves and stood up! There are boards available to rent at the house and James has plenty of local recommendations for surf breaks, tides, etc. Super lovely place to relax.

Being in the middle of nature on a tree house was amazing, we could see and hear the birds and other animals around, the house was super confortable and we had everything we needed or more.
Gilly was more than kind and helpful, we absolutely loved our stay here.

Lovely property in a great location. Swimming pool was really welcomed after a hot day. Owners super friendly and helpful. This is definately the proper to stay in if down near pavones

A very relaxing stay. The room was large with a sea facing baloney (mosquito protected). The bed was also ample and confortable.

David and Gootje were great hosts and always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. On top of that , the property is amazing, rooms were very clean and neat, swimming pool and garden area is perfect to relax. Everything was built with attention to detail to create a great vibe. Highly recommended, and in my view the best option in Pavones. Words are not enough to express the great time we had here, go check it out for yourself.
