The cleanliness; helpful and friendly staff

The hotel is brand new- fully remodelled in April 2025. Very modern, with full spa (complementary) featuring stainless-steel swimming pool! Staff is exceptional, and the associated restaurant includes one of the best breakfast buffets I've found. Perfectly located in Passau.

Centrally located and walkable to everything

Beautiful location just past the German border authentic location with Austrian charm. Beautiful villages around right next to the Danube town of Passau.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. It's modern, bright, clean and they even got a bottle of wine for us. The hosts are also very nice and friendly.

Everything was wonderful. Staff was exceptional. The breakfast was great and they made us an omelette. Loved the golf course at the hotel. Free parking. Exceptional location so close to beautiful Passau. Would stay here again! The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food and service was wonderful!

Very well kept and welcoming hotel in the historic part of Passau. All sights are within easy walking distance and an excellent breakfast buffet makes up for a good start. The hotel is well accessible by car with parking at the hotel or in the street (overnight bays next to the hotel).

Very organised check-In and check-out. Excellent location.

Location - quiet, easy to find

Great view, sturdy blankets, it has everything you need. I'll stay there again in a few months. The bathroom is separate and in my case shared but there's not many units sharing the same facilities so it's fine, everything was clean. The bed was comfortable and they had mosquito nets. I usually don't care about views but in this case it was amazing, it's like you're floating in the river!

Fantastic location in a beautiful historic building. The apartment is gorgeous — spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with everything you might need. Communication was prompt, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We arrived from Italy, and this apartment beautifully extended that Mediterranean feeling — refined, relaxed, and full of charm. The added bonus of having laundry facilities was much appreciated!

This is a nice new apartment with very hard beds. It took a day to realize the mattresses were upside down and a bit padded but very thin and hard, still. I requested help with this and more blankets, since we had to give all of our blankets to the other guest with us who had to sleep on the "other bed" which NOTE is NOT A BED, its a chaise louge but with NO PADDING, very hard. With our two conforters and his, it was manageable but we had no bedding. Requested but no effort to deliver. Got locked out of the main building entrance since the lock was changed the day after we arrived but the company didn't get the new key. We called the management and they sent someone quickly to show us another way in. A bit of a time killer but it's okay. Everything there you'd need - brand new appliances - in a good location but beware the beds. New beds as well but bone thin mattresses. Hopefully they will buy extra padding or get new mattresses. The second bed should be a bed. It is placed in a tiny alcove adjacent to the kitchen. Very tight space.

Jerome and his flat are PERFECT; very comfortable with all the amenities, including a washing machine. It’s right in the heart of town and at night it’s really quiet. Jerome’s thoughtful touches make it a cozy retreat. He also left us a map of Passau and gave us tips on what to see while in town. We arrived by bicycle and he accommodated their safe storage. We have been on the road for a month and this by far, is at the top of our list of top-notch stays.

The host was very nice and the rooms were very cute and comfortable. There were lots of nice little touches and amenities- she has thought of everything! We enjoyed our stay a lot. The kids loved the cat theme and the bunk beds.

Breakfast was good. We arrived by bicycle and there was secure storage. Friendly staff.

The rooms are very large. The bathroom has a large shower. The kitchen is very well well supplied. We enjoyed our stay in every way. Location allows you to walk anywhere in the old town.
