The public relation manager who was keen to keep the property reputation and tried to fix the problems of the staff and offered another free stay to compensate our frustration

Absolutely beautifully clean resort with many different swimming pools to suit everyone. Our 3 bedroom suite was enormous, clean, modern and the aircon was a necessity. Friends stayed in a one bedroom room and again clean & modern. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast catered for all nationalities, plenty of food with staff continuously serving food, clearing tables. Pool was cleaned every morning.

Great location, on the beach but also close to the city centre. The staff are all really attentive and helpful. 4 pools, all different, all great. We chose to extend our stay and the staff were very accommodating.

Staff is very kind, helpful, and friendly. The location is perfect. Services are wonderful . Cleanliness is special. I am afraid to forget any of the hotel advantages . It is my 4th time stay in Marom, special thanks to Mr. Basem front office manager and Mr. Nour at the recipient, thanks for all the staff for their hospitality and assistance.

It was clean, stylish, unique, with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good, tasty and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Variety of food.Easy to check in. Special thanks to Mr. Eslam who helped us to check in early.Super Friendly staff.Great place to stay.plzzzzzzzzzz keep it up.
