A completely renovated room. Very clean and cozy. It's location is good. 10 ~ 15min to public transportation. Free packing is a fantastic option as well.

The property is a little outside the main centre but worked for us as my daughter was taking a course nearby - the metro was an easy walk from the hotel

Many things, the size and ambiance of room and location as well as an excellent and accommodating staff.

Room is smaller but enough for two people. Location is perfect for those who want to be just a little bit away from city crowds, reachable with metro and near big park and Bercy Village. Staff is really great. Breakfast is great also.

We liked all the things. Starting with the space that it provided, it was lovely. The cutlery and facilities in the kitchen with the towel cloth and the bathroom facilities. A modern built large space with great amenities.

Room Was so clean , The staff there are really helpful specially Mr David in the reception , he was so friendly and supportive also helping me to go to the good places in Paris and recommend for me a good activities To enjoy staying in Paris He give me early chek in and late check out I really want o visit this hotel again and again and I will do that in the nearest future

I liked the behavior of the staff. Very kind and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped.... The room, kitchen and washroom were cleaned well.

The room was comfortable and well suited for a short stay. The facilities were satisfactory, and the reception staff were professional, courteous, and very helpful. The location suited my needs well and was not too far from the center of Paris.

Excellent service ...Amazing staff friendly..giving information , nice decoration in the lobby .clean ...there is a shopping Lidl 4 min near the hotel ..and the bus station just in 1 min from the hotel..

The properties are installed sufficiently. I love the bathroom. Beds are clean and the matress are really comfortable. I am easy to sweat when I lay on a thick matress but I did not get it here. Especially, it is very close to 13th District so I could find easily Asian restaurants.

We had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The mini kitchen was a plus. The location was quiet and close to a bus stop. It was not very close to the main attractions in Paris but a good choice for what we needed.

A very nice accommodation with close proximity to the Metro (~2 min walk to the metro entrance). And the metro takes us to the city centre within 30 mins. So a perfect location if you are visiting Paris. To be clear, this is a room in an apartment along with the resident. Nevertheless, we had all the privacy to ourselves. The owner was not at his house but his Son (Mathis) was. Mathis is really nice and also kindly let us check in early and check out late. We were offered to use the coffee machine, provided space in the refrigerator, etc. Despite paying for one night we had the stay for more than 24 hours. That is really amazing and worth more for the money we paid! I would definitely stay at this house next time we are in Paris.

It was basic. Needs Ac. Or more Fans!! Only had one. Location near the metro was good. Bed hard.

Generous breakfast was provided but we did not take it as we prefer having breakfast out, every time we are in Paris. Located a short distance from metro, so is very convenient. Host is very friendly and helpful with ideas for things to see and do in Paris. We love 'Hell Boy', the resident cat, who is very friendly and rushes to greet you when you get home after your day out.
