Location, the hotel is very well situated, in a great neighborhood, very close to the Metro, walking distance to the Marais, etc. The room was small but well-appointed, with comfortable beds, a good bathroom, very hot water, and was very clean. We had the breakfast (paid) every morning and it was very good.

Located in the 11th district of Paris, Hôtel Fabric is a former textile factory that now functions as a hotel.

Wonderful little boutique hotel with high quality (but not over the top) amenities. High quality 24/7 self-serve coffee and tea, a lovely honor bar in the evenings, delicious optional breakfast, and clean albeit small rooms with a great shower. Staff was extremely gracious and helpful, showing a level of hospitality that surpasses big brand hotels. From giving us a neighborhood rundown to proactively offering to call a taxi on our checkout day, they did a lot of the thinking for us.

Featuring 3-star accommodations, Seb & Co is located in Paris, a 19-minute walk from Pompidou Center and 1.6 miles from Gare de l'Est.

Location, Location, Location. Central to the 11th and the Marais, but also 10 min uber to anywhere in Paris. David was very helpful during our stay, he was very personable and helpful to my family of 5. David had great tips for navigating the city speaks Spanish, English and French. Any issues we had with administration or room, I would go to David. Merci Merci beaucoup pour votre aide, David.

Everything is excellent! The room is clean and bright.the bed is so comfy, soundproof windows, hot shower, and AC works well! All of staffs are so lovely! Location is great, it is close to Metro line 5,8 and 9.

Location Location. The hotel is super comfortable and Clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Awesome breakfast options. Safe neighborhood. Metro is 150 meters away with connections to all tourist places. A plus is that the hotel can hold your luggage when checking out until you're ready to leave. The toiletries are perfect and the wi-fi works at high speed. I'll recommend it and sure be back.
