We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. Our 2 bed apartment was spotless, modern, & felt completely brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable, the whole place was wonderfully quiet, & the room was much larger than we expected. We all slept brilliantly. The reception staff were outstanding, genuinely friendly, super helpful, & happy to assist with anything we needed. They also gave us lots of useful information about the local area, transport options, & how to get around. The location in Vincennes was perfect for us: a very pretty, clean, and safe neighbourhood with bakeries, cafés, restaurants, & a supermarket all close by. The walk to the metro through the woods was absolutely lovely & added to the charm of staying here. One of the biggest advantages was the secure underground car park directly beneath the hotel. For €15 per night, we could leave the car safely & travel into Paris without a single worry. We were also pleasantly surprised that we weren’t charged for the day we checked out, which meant we could leave the car there & enjoy our final day in Paris to the fullest. The apartment itself was so well equipped. We had a kitchen area, private balcony, separate toilet with sink (very convenient), & a spacious bathroom with a great hot shower. Hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid, & lotion were all provided, a pleasant surprise. There were plenty of towels, storage areas, a filter coffee machine with coffee supplied, & ceiling fans in both the living room & bedrooms. We also really appreciated having separate sleeping areas, giving our daughter her own private room. So many hotels only offer two beds in the same space, so this layout made a huge difference to our stay. There was even a sofa bed in the living area if needed. Overall, we absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

The staff is very welcoming, helpful and nice, thanks David!! The rating of the place had my expectations set low and i was pleasantly surprised how nice it was in the end. Room was very cosy and cute, beautiful view from my window- the local castle (attached photo); bathroom was in the room, small but enough to do what you need; the style of the place was very cool, i really liked the vibe; nice experience overall! Oh and the location is unbeatable!

The property charged 200€ deposit which was to be refunded...

The property charged 200€ deposit which was to be refunded upon checkout when all was well. This was not communicated earlier and I agreed and paid anyway - it has been 16 days and no refund. They ask me to contact my bank which cannot see the refund but can see the purchase. The hotel is sluggish on this communication and avoids clarity. They now claim they don’t charge but ‘hold’ yet my account clearly shows a purchase. I’m deeply disappointed because I had a great time with my kids there and didn’t deserve to be ripped of 200€ as an International traveler.

Vincennes really impressed us.

Vincennes really impressed us. It’s a beautiful, clean, and very safe area with a calm, welcoming atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything we needed was close by, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket, and the staff in the local shops were genuinely friendly and helpful. We loved wandering through the pretty streets, and the walk to the metro through the woods was a real highlight. Vincennes had such a lovely feel to it, and staying there added so much to our overall experience.

Vincennes is absolutely lovely with a French village vibe...

Vincennes is absolutely lovely with a French village vibe and artisans on your doorstep (butcher, cheesemonger, florist, chocolatier, pastry shops, bakeries, cafes, brasseries...). Everything is walking distance. And it's only 1 RER station from Paris and 3 to be in Chatelet

Vincennes is a great neighbourhood for walking, metro, green spaces and restaurants. It's got a great vibe and great scene, and truly all the amenities you need (including a castle and an urgent care centre for when you absolutely need either!).

It was a surprise to how nice this place was.

It was a surprise to how nice this place was. A place near Paris that was clean and cosy with great restaurants and everything else you needed. Its a great alternative actually to the most expensive parts of Paris as it had shopping, dinning and paris was just 20 min away at most.

Palace at Vincennes is of great historical significance...

Palace at Vincennes is of great historical significance that tourists should be encouraged to visit and it is so close to hotel. Accommodations were adequate although bedroom space was small. Store around the corner is a delight. There are other stores and shops within a couple three blocks that are wonderful too.

Excellent location opposite the central market held regularly in Vincennes, < 5 minutes to walk to a great selection of local shops, bakeries and the nearby Bois de Vincennes park, and quick travel into central Paris (and Disneyland in the other direction) via RER or metro train. The apartment was very warm and cosy, a good size and had good facilities including a washing machine, kitchenette and washing machine. Very quiet with no disturbances, and a nice view over the central courtyard of the apartment block.

This hotel is located very close to Rer station and it is very easy to get to the city centre. Also, I really liked the cleanness of the bedroom and washroom. In the washroom there was a towel warmer which was a very nice bonus. Our flight got cancelled and the hotel was understandng of our situation and didn't charge us for the nights that we didn't get to stay... Overall, I would go back there next time I am in Paris
