Amazing hotel and staff - nothing was too much trouble. Really great breakfast - especially the sausages!!

I like the way the staff treat you, it's very nice to be welcomed. Everything is not too much trouble even in very busy times. Thats why we keep returning when we visit family in Lancaster.

Lovely room, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Staff really helpful & offered us a lift when the taxi company let us down..

The living room was spacious and cosy. There was a good looking log burner with freshly chopped wood available but it turned out to be electric! Modern TV had all the channels and Netflix too. My wife says the bathroom was excellent although that wasn't wheelchair accessible and didn't have a wheelchair shower.

Peaceful place I was staying alone and its next to town center

The host was a lovely man, very warm, welcoming and helpful. It is a budget hotel but it was clean, the bed was comfy and the shower worked well - what more do you need? The location is very central, less than a ten minute walk to the station and in the midst of all the shops. Excellent value for money.

Clean,. comfortable, had everything you needed, great location and good value for money. Being pet friendly is a massive bonus. Would definitely book again. Great communication from owners too.
