Location…. and it has a community vibe. People can gather in the evening outside for happy hour (s) And also in the morning for breakfast. Very friendly staff and Vin is very personable and kind. There were fellow hotel guests and it is also a very popular locals spot. The restaurant serves up amazing food!

Once fully renovated this is going to be a smashing hotel..the staff where all extremely pleasant. The manager Hassan is a total gentleman. Couldn't have done more for us. We most definitely will return for these reasons. These people know how to treat their customers.

This is basic and affordable hotel, and but is an extremely pleasant place to stay. It is just off the motorway, is in a quiet neighbourhood, but has great connections with the Wirral and with Chester, being only a 15 minute walk to Hooten Station. The carpark is spacious and right next to the property, and breakfast was affordable yet adequate. The room and bathroom was clean, well equipped and spacious, and perfectly comfortable albeit basic.

I was served by a man called Dylan. He was very accommodating and helpful and went above and beyond to improve the quality of my stay. I am very grateful for his thoughtful effort and for helping me.

The bed was comfy and the shower good

Staff friendly and helpful. Love the hotel it has a real old world quaint feel about it. Modern bathroom with a good shower.Nice bar . Pick a time for breakfast which was continental. We would definitely return .

Conform and quiet place to sleep. The best thing is they offer new smart TV with big screen, so you can cast witj your phone

The property was well located for a family event. The hotel was cosy, comfortable and very welcoming. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent and well priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were very attentive and met all our needs nothing was a bother. The grounds were perfectly, peaceful and nature friendly. I just wish I saw some wildlife. The evening meals were all made with love. The breakfast was self-service, fresh and lots of it. Not far from Cheshire oaks shopping outlet.
