United KingdomThe location is very convenient. It was a happy accident To book a room here as I normally book hotels. However, I booked this at the very last minute as all the hotels in the area were full. What can I say, it is a home away from home. It was incredibly good for my whole family. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming. Everything was perfect and I was extremely glad that the shower was controllable and had the power I find lacking in some other establishments. I now know that I love the charm and familiarity of staying in a clean, tidy and immaculate homely environment.
My kids loved the garden and seeing/petting the lovely horses and guinea pig

Having the little kitchenette also really helpful as we could have our breakfast of choice before we left. We would book this again if back in the area. Host very pleasant on arrival also

This park was fabulous, we loved our stay here. The site the accommodation the fishing. Bearing in mind this is a new park and the fish are still on the small side they were immaculate condition, and we know that next year this will be fantastic. it has a relaxed atmosphere, and the owners came and chatted to us a couple of times to welcome us, which is a rarity these days. we will most definitely be returning, hopefully next year.

Wonderful stay.
Spotlessly clean throughout. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and lots of little extras provided.
Great location with a couple of decent pubs close by serving good old fashioned pub grub. 40 mins drive to Skegness with plenty to do and a little further to fantasy island.
All in all a great weekend with good clean accommodation. Highly recommended

The best b&b we have ever stayed at. The place was spotlessly clean. Excellant breakfast with home made bread. Use of fridge, microwave and dining room was perfect for afternoon eats. Then a lovely garden to relax in. We came back at the end of our driving holiday to unwind.

The lady who welcomed us was lovely, she answered all our queries to the best of her knowledge. The room was much better than I saw online. The whole accommodation suited our needs and beyond. Checkout was very smooth as we had to leave early and didn't have to go back to the main reception. Very happy with our stay !

Stayed in the stable annexe Read Room. Hige bathroom with separate shower and Lovely big bath. Lovely accomodation. Lovely staff. So helpful. FABULOUS FOOD.....!!!

Beautiful location, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The hot tub and sauna were excellent, made good use of them during our stay. The BBQ was great, we had to clean it, but used it twice.
We took a dog and no extra charge, which was fantastic.. even a basket with a towel and throw for the dog, lots of thought has gone into this accommodation, highly recommended and would definitely return.

Everything about appletree was first class. The accommodation.,cleanliness, facilities, value for money and the lovely, helpful, professional and helpful staff. Amy was on reception when we arrived long after hours due to an accident on the motorway. She stayed behind to wait for us and ensured we got to our accommodation promptly after providing us with the necessary information for our stay. Thank you Amy and all the management and staff.
