CanadaVery nice place to stay. The apartment is very spacious, clean and has lots of extra touches that most places don’t have. We were late for checking and they let us into the bakery after it was closed so we could buy a few treats.
This place is well worth the extra little drive to visit. Wish we would have stayed another night.
Even if you don’t stay here, it is worth the drive to check out the bakery and cafe. Well worth it!

Bonners Lodge is on its own in a beautiful location in the Durham Dales. It is one of the most peaceful places we have ever experienced in England. This alone makes it worth visiting. Add to that a lovely friendly couple who do everything to make you feel at home, a gorgeous clean room and fantastic breakfasts, it's like you have gone to B&B heaven. The quality of the furnishings around the accommodation and attention to detail make Bonners Lodge very special.

This is a good hotel for the price. We stayed as we had a wedding in the area, and it served as a great base. The staff are fantastic - helpful, quick service. Everybody was friendly and proactive, from housekeeping to restaurant staff and front of house. Basic rooms but with comfy beds.
