The staff at breakfast were excellent.

Stopover booking on the way to somewhere else. Location by the motorway perfect for our needs. Keen price for B&B so expected it to be basic/okay for a 1 night stay but much better than that. Everything exceeded expectations Staff, Room quality and Breakfast. Would definitely stay again

Very comfortable and spacious rooms, with a chic 60s style but modern at the same time. Bar and breakfast areas are beautifully decorated to bring back that 60s ambience of the original newspaper building. Breakfast was limited but good quality.

Having the cellar bar manager be so accommodating to my diet needs made the stay perfect,in recovery from cancer I can't eat alot of foods an he went above and beyond to get me some food I could tolerate to which I am so greatful.

The staff member that checked us in and out (same lady) was wonderful. She didn't know I'd just come from a funeral, and was patient with me as I checked in on my own, with my little one asleep in the buggy, and I couldn't remember half my details. And was very warm, friendly and had a great sense of humor as we checked out and my toddler was tearing around the foyer. Please pass on my thanks.

We stayed for only a few hours as we had to catch an early morning flight. It had everything we needed

Wonderful location, less than a minute walk from the Cathedral, close to everything, bus stops, shops;amazing stay.

Great location!! good because there are restaurants around but won't need if bar food was available

The staff was very friendly even when we checked in after midnight. The breakfast was consistently excellent. We had dinner at the hotel which worked out fine. The dining area did not close and the staff was so accommodating.

The room was very clean tidy bed was so comfy staff were very nice. The only down side was when we arrived a little early we couldn't put our car reg into the computer for the parking an ingot a ticket. From the parking company but overall the hotel was excellent an good value for money very clean room bed was so comfy an facilities were spot on. :0)

I have been to this place last year but the recent refurbishment has been amazing and the rooms are looking very fresh and immaculate. Usually it's a very secured place.The place is more secure with the newly installed gates. Compared to my last visit, this was an amazing experience, The hotel is now completely different. Even staffs were super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Amazing location, with everything you need within walking distance, even the coach station. Staff were so responsive and helpful. Unit had a comfy bed, great desk and chairs, perfectly functional kitchenette. Super clean and good storage.

Beautiful historical house, so quirky and decorated in a stunning style. Had everything we needed. Fantastic location.
