Good property and good service

Clean friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful, and readily available. Rooms were comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet and spacious for a group.

I absolutely loved the hotel, and the staff were incredibly friendly — every one of them, but especially Maria. She always had a smile on her face and truly pampered us during breakfast each morning. The breakfasts were fantastic — we tried several options from the menu and each one was delicious. We also had dinner at the hotel one evening, and the hamburgers were excellent. Overall, the service was fast, attentive, and very good. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this gorgeous and welcoming hotel. If we have the chance, we’ll gladly return!

Staff super kind and helpful, great location with overground line close

The gentleman at the bar/check in couldn't do enough for us and was really helpful. Really nice bar too (with some great beers!) and within walking distance of the town centre amenities and train station, and literally across the road from a bus station.

I couldn't even stay there because their service was that level good. When I came to check in, there was no room. When I asked for a refund, they fooled me by saying they would give me that too. In addition, when I sent a message, there was no reply and my number was blocked.

I had a long stay and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. Good for one person. Near the train station

Clean, cosy, warm, all utensils and equipment and nicely decorated apartment with balcony. :)
