Everything was exceptional here- the hotel itself is gorgeous and was decorated beautifully. The staff were among the most friendly and helpful of any we met during our two week visit to England. The rooms were comfortable, modern, spotless, and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. The lobby was welcoming and comfortable, and always a nice place to sit for awhile. We could not have asked for better service!

Boutique hotel with charming rooms. Location is west ie not near well known tourist sites but it’s right behind Liverpool Street Station, making transport very convenient. Location is perfect for business in City and if you want to soak up a younger and more lively part of London, Shoreditch is right outside the doorsteps, too.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! Not the most exciting neighborhood, but close to the underground and quiet.

Very good location to all the sites and tours and museums, love the area with an awesome Asian inspired mini market less then 3 mins away for some great snacks and having Nanado’s right across the street was great. The hotel was clean and organized. The staff were amazing helpful. Special thanks to Louise the night clerk who helped us with great directions to see the palace. She was super helpful and friendly! We will be booking again here for sure Xoxo ❤️

Room was very comfortable, clean and fully met me expectations, what really exceeded and made me feel welcome was how friendly hotel staff was, especially Francesca that put me in an excellent room, gave me tips on the city and helped me out during the stay. It was also very well located near sightseeing spots and the Liverpool Street, that connects directly to the airport.

Very close to Mc Donald for the kids. The hotel itself was very wonderfully located and the hotel staff was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The onsite pub was awesome! Very conveinient after a long day of traveling. We had such a wonderful stay!

Staff were brilliant and our room was so lovely with a nice street view. The room was cleaned daily which was a nice touch.
