Lovely location, very peaceful

The room was confortable (nice bed, tv, etc.) and the food at the restaurant (dinner and included breakfast) was really good!

It felt really warm and welcoming on arrival. The whole place was spotless and the staff were friendly and chatty.

Perhaps the best restaurant I have ever eaten in. The chicken haggis burger was amazing. Breakfast, best I’ve had in years.

Big room downstairs! Nice hot shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great parking on the property. Really friendly staff. Solid breakfast.

Nice proximity to shopping. Isolated shower heating system in bathroom worked well.

The location was lovely and park like, the building was beautiful, the staff was friendly and so helpful. Unfortunately, after we returned to the States we received three parking tickets for parking our car in the Balbirnie parking lot. We were told on arrival to register our car, but were not told that each time we left the property we needed to re-register the car upon our return. When we contacted Balbirnie House, they admitted that they’d had a problem with staff not informing guests of the need to continually re-register but there was nothing they could do about the penalties. Very unsatisfactory response and poor service!

Well equipped, tastefully furnished and very convenient for the station for visits to Edinburgh and Burntisland. Although close to the station, it was a very quiet road and not much noise from the neighbours. There was a well stocked co-op a short walk away and a couple of pubs (but didn't try them).

Wellpark Corner was our delightful home from home for 12 nights. It was comfortable, warm, super clean, quiet, tastefully decorated and had everything we could possibly want. It is ideally placed for train travel to Edinburgh, with eateries and a small co-op within walking distance. Emma and Simon were caring and helpful hosts. We couldn't recommend this property more highly and sincerely hope we can return one day.
