Exceptional for the price , extra large bed double bed , Beautiful spacious room , Annex window view from the window was of Manchester iconic skyline , fresh towels and toiletries. Selection of condiments and what you didn't have all you had to do was ask the staff ,both night and Day staff ,polite and friendly., late check out 11am . Staff

Beautiful location, very clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and restaurant food. Very convenient parking on the property.

Dinner and breakfast were delicious. I had forgotten to mention difficulties with climbing stairs. They gave us an upgrade room on a lower floor. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Booking in was so fast.. reg car and lots of spaces to park. Room was lovely comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was one of the best. Thankyou

I liked the comfort of the room and the bathroom very clean.

cleaner came in frequently and the place was kept nice and clean and had all the necessary essentials including pots and pans to get through your day

It was clean apart from a clump of hair left on the bath. The owners were pleasant and gave helpful directions. The bed was comfortable and unlike in a hotel, you get a kitchen to use.

Comfortable bed, clean linen and towels, great big screen smart tv, good Wi-Fi, good central location and great value for money. The owner’s communication was also first class and most helpful.

The apartment was clean throughout, spacious double rooms and a comfortable living spaces.
