We were welcomed by the most helpful, friendly staff we’ve ever encountered . The recently renovated hostel is fresh and clean with airy bright rooms. The comfortable and tasteful lounge has huge bay windows facing right over Loch Lomond. What a treat to sit on the cushioned window seats and gaze out on the loch. Well equipped , modern kitchen was fab. Rooms smallish but beds very comfortable. The continental breakfast would have benefited from a little protein but was adequate. Would thoroughly recommend and would stay again. Thank you .

very NICE! Stayed there on our walk on the WHW. perfect location! nice and warm service, means very friendly staff. food and beer in thee bar have been execellent. the tomato-roasted pepper soup was in deed on of the best I ever had. breakfast was good just a little bit to continental. I adore scottish breaklfast!

Luxury accommodation, stunning location, Kitchen fully stocked including a few beers in the fridge. We only stayed the one night as our only luxury accommodation whilst doing the west highland way. The view of Loch Lomond from the lodge is stunning.

Perfect stay on the West Highland Way in an idyllic location by Loch Lomond. I was traveling alone and the staff were warm and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and spacious, and they had a hair dryer!! The food was also good, both dinner and the buffet breakfast. I appreciated the chocolate treats at the reception that served as useful snacks during the walk.
