The location was fine. The help was efficient if not welcoming. The breakfast was acceptable. Out of four different accommodations during our 7 nights in England, this was the one we wouldn't recommend.

The accommodation was perfect for my needs. Quiet, self-contained and I felt very safe there. The host lives next door, but was unintrusive and respectful of my space. Incredible views over the Atlantic from the 'Crows Nest'. The host met me on arrival to hand over the keys and was there for me to hand them back at the end of my stay. The property sits very close to the coast path and walking in either direction was a joy, although, of course, requires a certain level of fitness. Driving further afield is very easy.

The staff were amazing - we had a warm welcome on a story day and they granted our wishes :)
It wasn’t just ‘somewhere to stay’ it was an amazing experience and helped make our holiday!

The property was clean, tidy, nicely presented, and well equipped. Quiet and peaceful location. A litre of milk was provided for our arrival along with a selection of tea, coffee and biscuits. Good size accommodation for a couple. Excellent designated off road parking space. Lovely log fire with logs, kindling and firelighters and matches enough for our stay - a lovely touch, and necessary during a very cold spell in January. Nice outdoor space.

Everything was as new, comfy beds, nice and warm, well equipped kitchen
The view was stunning of both the ocean and the castle

The old tavern part of the Inn is full of charm. A lot of locals come there to eat and have a pint, which says a lot!!!! Food was fantastic. Large portions of home cooked meals.
We stayed in the auxiliary - motel style part at the back/side of the Old Inn. Room was very spacious with good bedding
Pricey for what you get, but the location is great and there is not a lot of accommodation right in Tintagel
