AustraliaSuch a spectacular location with stunning views. The staff were lovely and welcoming. Our room was amazing. We had a lovely dinner at the hotel. High tea was fantastic. We loved all the Christmas decorations. Breakfast was wonderful. Short walk to town and Tintagel Castle. Highly recommend a stay here.

The surrounding views were breathtaking.
The surrounding views were breathtaking. The Castle interior and exterior were amazing and well kept. Limited places to eat, but they were nice. Quite town which was peaceful. Town is very clean and a place I could see myself retiring too one day.

We loved the Merlins Cove beach and walking up to the Tintagel Castle Hotel for the views.
We visited the Screech Owl sanctuary which was a lovely morning and the went to Padstow which was very busy - lots of eateries with great fish however hard to find vegetarian options.

It's marketed as one of the birthplaces of Merlin, but very little is mentioned about this when you go round but general information about the castle is.
You need to be relatively fit to visit - and wear sturdy shoes.
The views are magnificent and I would recommend visiting
There is a shop at the bottom and a cafe with a good selection of food that isn't over priced.

People in the village were friendly.
People in the village were friendly. Nice shops and places to eat. Lots of walking trails on coastal paths and was a good location as a base to venture out. The cost of visiting Tintagel Castle was expensive so didn't go.

There is plenty to do and see.
There is plenty to do and see. Great for families or walkers. Plenty of eateries and pubs offering good food and fairly priced. We had a superb restaurant meal too. The Arthurian connection is everywhere with interesting shops and a brilliant Arthrian 'experience'. Loved the old Post Office and the old church with an ancient font. An experience to cross the new bridge to the castle remains and the cafe down at the beach is excellent, friendly staff. We stayed in Bossiney only a pleasant walk from Tintagel. Very convenient to visit other parts of North Cornwall.

Good location.
Good location. National Trust Old Post Office and Tintagel Castle both closed whilst we were there (9th - 12th March) but lovely walks, 10 minute drive to Boscastle and 20 mins to Port Isaac, 45 minutes to Padstow, 10 minutes to St Nectan's Waterfall. Food at King's Arthur's pub was very good and staff were lovely.

Everything was perfect. Sophie was an attentive host and her instructions were very clear. the cottage was in a great location, 5 minutes walk from Tintagel and bus stops to other areas or Cornwall. the cottage was cosy and provided us with everything we needed. The beds were very comfy and we slept well. Even the sun shone for the whole of the 7 days we were there. Tintagel was a very spiritual place and we left feeling like we had a a calming sun soaked holiday. Would return with no hesitation. Thank you Sophie

I nice place to stay, close to Tintagel castle and surrounds. Staff were very nice, food was great! Good off street car parking facilities. Good service and a recommended place to stay if you are in the area.

Camelot Castle did not disappoint. I stayed here with a friend as we wanted to visit Tintagel Castle.
It had so many interesting features and the views were out of this world.
